The Florida Room Documentary Film Festival is just one of a series of events created by THE FLORIDA ROOM throughout the year. The Florida Room 3rd Annual Documentary Film Festival is politically charged. October 14-16, 2004 Espanola Way, Miami Beach Alternate rain venue: TBA Participate with the filmmakers and special guests in panel discussions after each film. DECLARATION READING is one of the high lights this year. Produced by Norman Lear & Rob Reiner, this short film hosted by Morgan Freeman is a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence by various celebrities. The opening night feature is UNPRECEDENTED: The 2000 Presidential Election This documentary is about the battle for presidency in Florida during the 2000 presidential election.
