Tampa Film Review is August 11th

The next Tampa Film Review, presented by 1 Day Films, will be held on Friday, August 11 from 8 – 10 p.m. at International Bazaar, located at 1600 E. Eighth Ave. in the Centro Ybor Complex. Tampa Film Reviews is a monthly showcase of local independent films and is held every second Friday of the month and is free. Pictures are available in the Photo Seen from last month's full house TFR.

August films include:

Hand Delivery by Damien and Josh Kincannon: Is Clark boring or crazy? It depends who you ask. 16 minutes

Autographs for French Fries by Sean Michael Davis: What if everyone wanted an autograph from a waiter? That's the basis for this short film called Autograph for French Fries. A satirical role-reversal comedy about society; based in a restaurant. Ralphy Limone, a food server, hates his job and therefore his life. 20 minutes

Matias by Claudine LoMonaco and Mary Spicuzza: Two brothers from Mexico who tried to cross the U.S. border through the Arizona desert. 22 minutes

Quietus by Jason Ellis and Brandon Hein: John (Jake Cartwright) struggles with the loss of his girl friend Sarah (Cassandra Moore). In which he loved very much. So, Jon tries to reason with god as he attempts to take his own life. 20 minutes

1 Day Films will also be showcasing the trailer to their newest movie The End is In Blossom.
